Y and M saved my car after pumping bad gas at a local gas station. The guys at Y and M took their time and explained what was happening to my car, they gave me a fair price and got me in and out with no problem. I love this shop! Everyone, especially "Hector" and "Steven" where so nice! They worked in a timely manner and kept me updated with what was going on with the car. I appreciate them for ALWAYS being so REAL with me about what was going on. It looked brand new when I picked it up. GREAT JOB GUYS!

They did a great job on my car, looked brand new, yeah some minor things could have been fixed but they offered to tint the window that had some damage to it which made my day! overall no complaints. My car and i are back together once again and driving like new(was a brand new car) the staff is very friendly , their guys ...men don’t like to chit chat they get the work done , so i am satisfied. Best auto service in town. Great customer service from everyone there. Got into a little fender bender and these guys where able to tow my car, fix my bumper, and repaint the scratches I had on my fender. Best job I’ve seen and at the best price. Would highly recommend.

Marco has done an amazing job for me. He scheduled to tow my car to a shop because it was not starting at all. He actually went under the hood and saw the positive terminal loose from the battery and attached it and then jumped the car, it worked fine after that. He didn't want any money or anything for helping me. Marco is such a great asset to the company, he is the perfect employee. Marco honestly deserves a raise!

I was in a car accident with my truck and not only did Y and M tow my truck for me but they took my truck to their repair shop. Everything was repaired so quickly and they did a great job at making a frustrating situation much easier. They were very professional and took care of everything. I would return to them for any car services in the future and would highly recommend all my family and friends to go there as well!

Great service. Marcos was my tow truck driver, and he provided great service as well! Needed work done on my Honda Civic motor. Fast responders and great customer service! Definitely recommend, will be returning in the future if I have anymore problems.

This place was great! Marco was the tow truck driving and was very helpful in letting me know how the process works, getting my car to their shop and really helping me in a stressful situation. The body shop did a great job and I couldn't be happier with how the entire process.

Had a wonderful experience here, Bob was my tow truck driver and told me exactly what the problem was. I ended up having to get a new transmission for my nissan. They gave me the best price and everyone was very helpful and nice.

We would like to personally Thank the Owner of Y & M Auto Service for not only going out his way once, but twice on a Sunday afternoon on very short notice and a pretty could day in Chicagoland. He operated the Tow truck, jumped our vehicle at our apartment and after we arrived at O'Reily's for a new battery, we were told that they could not replace the battery to our vehicle, due to the fuse box located on top of the battery case. Disappointed, we decided to go to PEP Boys. One thing though, the battery died again and the Servicemen at O'Reily's could not jump the vehicle for us. The battery was completely gone. We then called Y & M Auto service again and even though he was out of the area, he still came to us and helped. Not only did he get the car started, but he uninstalled the old battery and put the replacement in for us on the spot! He was just simply fantastic & professional. I can not have asked to meet such a wonderful & caring individual. He helped us out when we really needed it & we will be forever Thankful & Grateful for what he did.

First I would like to start by saying to the guys at Y&M for not only going out of there way and taking me home but they did a remarkable job on installing a engine in my 2014 Honda accord at a affordable price I will highly recommend Y&M to all my friends and family thanks again guys
